Having fun and playing games helps you to emotionally bind your customers to your company. On the one hand, we will integrate animations in your app to highlight certain moments for the customers (“Yay! Get 100 loyalty points again!”), on the other hand, you can also set additional incentives for them. Here are some ways you can integrate gamification into your app:
- Ranking Lists
Customers are ranked according to their activity: the ranking can be created according to your wishes for check-ins, current or collected points. By introducing ranking lists, you motivate your customers to visit you more often, because “everyone” wants to be in the first place.
You can give your customers a status based on activities. VIP, Platinum customer, Silver, … Here are a few examples: after 20 visits you become a “Superfan” or after 1,000 EUR turnover you get the status “Platinum”, which relates to additional services… etc. The status is visible in a “Hall of Fame” for all fans.
To emotionalize your brand, individual animations can be integrated into your app. For example: After receiving points, at check-in or when a bonus is achieved etc, Cherish the moment of your customer’s success with some positive extra spirit – create a “high five moment”!
Microgames can be developed together with you and integrated into the app (e.g. Tetris with partner logos, Da-Ma-Hopfi from Freistädter Beer, …). Challenge your customers! Playing is fun!
