To facilitate communication with your customers, automated messages are set up.
While you “relax”, you still communicate with your customers:
- Default settings are, for example, birthday, inactivity, registration…etc. For these occasions, the system automatically sends a message to the respective user with the channel you have chosen: Push, email, text message or postal service.
- Other possible uses: changing points, activating benefits, check-in, reaching points, etc.
- Integration of a postal item
- If your customer does not respond to a push, text message or mail, you can automatically send a personal letter.
- All automatically sent messages can be evaluated in the dashboard.
