Redeeming Loyalty Points

Rewards are accurately managed in the Loyalty Club section of your app. Thus, every customer always has a clear overview of their rewards. You can offer your customers various ways to redeem their loyalty points:

1. 1. Directly, on your premises
      Your customer activates a voucher or an offer in the app. This is then valid for a certain period. At the checkout, the consumer or the cashier validates the voucher with a simple click on the smartphone.
   2. Participation in sweepstakes
   3. In the online shop – your customer receives a voucher code, valid in your online shop.  
   4. Gift package: After activating the voucher, your customer will be redirected to the address registration form so you can easily post their loyalty gift.
